Christmas Banner

Hi everyone, Donna here today with a banner I made for the holidays. This was so much fun to make and the possibilities are endless when making a banner. I started out by cutting the banners I made two different shapes, a triangle using Quick Quotes Back to Basics which is placed over the flag shaped banner which is made from Quick Quotes new line Treasure Chest . I also too a decorative edge punch to border the triangle banner. Next make three rosettes and on the top of them place your chipboard letters. I used Viva Inka Gold Metallic Rub which makes anything look gold and it goes on so smooth. Next make three bows using raffia which you can buy at any craft store. After attaching them, use some raffia to attach all three banner pieces leaving about an inch or two in between banner pieces. I wanted to crazy embellishing but I ended up only adding a wood star in the ribbon. Simple, but elegant.
Products used:
NEW! Quick Quotes Treasure Chest 400
Quick Quotes Back to Basics 300
Quick Quotes Back to Basics 100
raffia
Viva Inka Gold Metallic Rub
Prima wood stars

Here is a close up of one of the banners.

I know everyone is busy getting ready for the holidays, but I hope you get time to enter our challenge and check out what is new in the Quick Quotes stores.
