Last Memories Scrapbook blog challenge and the challenge is: LM #534 - "Let's get painty" - Create a layout using paint. or other mixed media like texture paste or ink sprays. Time to get messy!
So I used glitter on the snowflakes and the background paper to add texture I used tissue paper and Modgepodge.
