Summer Splash

This layout was inspired by the sketch from Scrap Our Stash. Be sure to check out their challenge! I went a different direction from the usual circle in this one and created a few cut up circles. BUT this was an accident, Everytime I pulled the circle from my Cricut mat it ripped, so I decided to use them anyway!
