Parade pictures

Hello, today I would like to share this layout for the My Creative Sketches challenge and the Paper Issue challenge. Which worked out perfectly because I turned this into a two pager which was great because I had some other pics I wanted to scrap.

But first I have to say this, I hardly had time to any scrapping, but since being laid off, I have been doing so much! It is wonderful!!!! I think I just might stay in this state of being "retired temporarily!" I am loving being able to visit all these sites that I didn't have time to visit regularly. They have given me so much inspiration to get those projects done!

First here is the sketch and my interpretation on that.

I saw a challenge over at Paper Issues and I decided to turn this into a two page photo to incorporate the challenge of take 5 into the challenge. I decided to use the color blue, the color white, a die cut, a sticker, a photo other than a person ( the flag) and just to add an extra element, patterned paper.

Here is a close up of the second page.I love the border under the pictures of patriotic words, they say things like patriot, allegiance, flag etc.
